1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • The request is made within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products that show signs of use or physical damage caused after delivery.

  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the product 

Our team will review your request and provide instructions for the return process.

3. Return Pickup

Once your return is approved, we will schedule a pickup from your address. Please ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

4. Refund Process

Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, refunds are processed in the form of:

  • Bank transfer to your provided account details after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned product.

We do not offer cash refunds at the time of return pickup.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before dispatch by contacting our customer support. Once the order is out for delivery, it cannot be canceled.
